We currently accept payment through PayPal.

Eligible customers may be offered debit or credit card payment through PayPal without creating a PayPal account. Availability is determined by PayPal.

Payment is subject to PayPal’s own terms, eligibility requirements, security procedures, and privacy practices.

10. Shipping

Orders are generally shipped from mainland China.

Normal processing time is approximately 3 business days, beginning on the next business day after the order is placed.

Normal delivery time after shipment is approximately 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, holidays, weather, remote destinations, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

11. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free for orders of USD 69 or more.

A flat standard shipping fee of USD 9.90 applies to orders below USD 69.

Promotional shipping rules may differ where clearly stated.

12. Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation, fulfilment, or shipping has begun.

Cancellation requests must be sent to service@virenawear.shop.

13. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery.

Return approval, item condition requirements, shipping costs, refund processing, and exclusions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Collect parcels within carrier deadlines;

You may request removal by contacting us, although removal may not always be possible where the content has been lawfully incorporated into existing materials.

The website and its contents—including trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, logos, product photographs, videos, layouts, and software—are owned by or licensed to Elowen Global Commerce Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Virena does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks appearing lawfully on the website.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, logistics providers, analytics providers, social networks, and external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
